Nexus Family Arcade is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for everyone, both in our physical facility and on our digital platforms. We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities. Physical Facility & Accessibility

Our arcade at (ADDRESS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON) is designed to be fully inclusive and ADA-compliant. We want every guest to feel comfortable and independent during their visit.

Ease of Entry: Our facility features step-free entry and wide, open pathways throughout the arcade and party zones.
Parking: We provide designated accessible parking spaces located near our main entrance.
Restrooms: Our restrooms are fully ADA-compliant and designed for easy access.

Sensory-Friendly Visiting Hours

We understand that the high-energy environment of an arcade—complete with bright lights and exciting sounds—can be a lot for some of our guests. To support those with sensory sensitivities, we recommend visiting during our lower-sensory hours on weekdays between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, when the facility is typically quieter and less crowded. Exceptions are holidays and during school vacations.
