Nexus Family Arcade is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for everyone, both in our mobile truck and digital platforms. We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities. To achieve this, we strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which help make web content more user-friendly for people with a wide range of needs.

Physical Facility & Accessibility
 

Our mobile vehicle is designed to be fully inclusive and ADA-compliant. We want every guest to feel considered and independent during their visit.

• Easy Entry: Guests enter the truck using covered metal steps with dual handrails and locking wheels.

• Guests who use a wheelchair and choose to enter the truck via the lift gate must be accompanied by two
  adults. Both adults must remain with the guest throughout the experience. Each guest must sign a waiver.

• Restrooms: Our mobile vehicle is not equipped with a restroom.

 

Sensory-Friendly

 

Music plays inside the mobile truck to enhance the experience. If the volume is uncomfortable for
any guest, please let the event host know.
