Guest Safety Rules

At Gangu Gacha, safety comes first. These rules are in place for the safety of each of our guests.

Please follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• No running or jumping inside the truck or on
the stairs. Do not jump from the truck. All
guests must enter and exit using the
  stairs unless accessible entry has
  been arranged.

• Do not lean, push, sit on, or climb over
safety barriers, and do not rock the truck.

• Do not tilt, rock, push, climb on, or deface
the machines. Tilting a machine will result
in immediate dismissal from the truck.

• No fighting, pushing, horseplay, threatening behavior,
or disrespect toward guests or staff.

• Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult.

• Guests using a wheelchair may access the
truck by lift gate once the required waiver
is signed and two capable adults, one on
each side, accompany the guest as directed
  by staff.

• The truck cabin is a staff-only area. Guests are not permitted to enter the cabin at any time.

• The owner or designated Gangu Gacha representative has final authority regarding safe entry and participation.

Zero Tolerance

Guests who ignore safety instructions or place themselves or others at risk will be dismissed from the experience.

In extreme situations, Gangu Gacha may stop the experience and terminate service.

Be safe. Be respectful. Have fun.
