At Nexus Family Arcade, we carefully inspect every toy before it is placed into our machines, ensuring that it meets our highest quality standards.
 

Gachapon Purchases
 

Gachapon is a chance-based experience. Every capsule contains a surprise, making each purchase part of the fun.

For this reason:
 

• All gachapon purchases are final.

• Refunds or exchanges will not be provided because you did not receive the toy you were hoping for.
   

In the unlikely event that a toy is defective or is removed from the machine in a damaged condition, we will gladly provide an even exchange for the same or a comparable item.
 

Refunds at events are issued as tokens, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
 

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

Each Nexus Family Arcade Gangu Gacha experience is individually prepared with a unique selection of toys specifically for your event. Because of the time and preparation involved:
 

• Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund; cancellations 14 to 20 days- fifty percent; 7 to 13 days, twenty-five percent.

• Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund.

If an emergency prevents your event from taking place within the 6-day cancellation period, a fifty percent credit toward a future event will be issued.
 

The postponed event must be rescheduled and held within 30 days of the original event date. If it is not rescheduled within that timeframe, the credit will be forfeited.
